I have been a Reiki practitioner since 2015 and became a Reiki Master in 2016. My journey first began in the beauty and holistic industry, training in Reflexology back in 2005, before discovering Reiki through a spiritual shop where I deepened my training, offered readings, and guided women’s circles. After years of teaching beauty courses, my spiritual calling returned, leading me to expand into yoga, sound, and cacao ceremonies.
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that works by channelling universal life force energy to restore balance, reduce stress, and encourage emotional and physical wellbeing. Since returning to Reiki, I feel more deeply connected to the healing energies of the world, and I am passionate about sharing this transformative practice with others through my accredited Reiki healing courses. Whether you are looking to heal yourself, support loved ones, or step into the role of practitioner, my courses are designed to guide you on your own spiritual journey.

Reiki Healing
1 Hour session - mobile to Lockerbie or now based at my private home studio, located in a very rural spot in the forest, in Eskdalemuir, where you can escape the everyday world . Price rages from £25-45 depending on location.
A one to one private healing session using the gentle energy of Reiki to promote relaxation that can aid in healing the body, mind and soul.

Yoga and Reiki Healing
1 Hour 45 min session - mobile to Lockerbie or at my home studio, Eskdalemuir. Prices ranges from £45-£65 depending on location.

1 Hour 45 min session - available at my home studio only due to carrying of the bowls.
I use quartz crystal singing bowls, and combine the sound with a spiritual meditation journey. This session is £45. Please email to book this.

Reiki Training
Start your own healing journey for yourself or to become a healing practitioner for others. I offer a range of courses, dates and locations in my own format to help people get the best out of their Reiki learning. All courses are accredited by the Complimentary Medical Association (CMA).
Reiki level 1 - A 2 day course that starts you off with your own healing experience, teaching you how to healing yourself and loved ones.
Reiki level 2 - For those that wish to become professional Reiki practitioners - this course will give you the knowledge and the certificate so you can gain insurance to offer Reiki healing to clients. This course is over 2 days.
Reiki level 3 (Master) - this levels up your Reiki experience, healing you to further understand the many layers to Reiki. It will also give you the tools to go on and teach Reiki to others if you wish. The length of time will vary for each practitioner as it will require case studies.
