About the event
Join me at Eskdalemuir Hub, for a new experience for many, but a sacred morning that will enrich your soul. This is a free event as I want to share with you something incredible that has profoundly helped me on my journey as a yoga teacher. You can make any small donation if you wish, this will go to the Hub to cover room hire costs.
Before I go into more depth about the sadhana, I would like to tell you what you will need and what to expect.
