Ready to kick-start your yoga era? This six-week beginner-friendly course is your onboarding portal into movement, breathwork, and inner calm. Think of it as your soft-launch into a practice that supports your mind, body, and entire vibe.
Across the six weeks, we’ll break down the foundations of yoga in a way that feels doable, supportive, and actually fun. You’ll learn alignment basics, simple flows, breathing techniques, and how to build confidence on the mat. You’ll get guidance, hands-on support (if you want it), and space to explore what feels good for your body.
What to bring: your mat, a cosy blanket, and your open mind. What you’ll leave with: a stronger foundation, a clearer sense of your own practice, and that delicious post-yoga glow that makes life feel just a little more aligned.
