Service Description
Kundalini yoga is the yoga of breath-work and mantra. It differs from Hatha style yoga from the poses and the way the class is formed. This class uses Kriyas - which is a set of poses, breathing and mantras that have been tried and tested over time to help in a particular area, from blocked energy to negative thinking or body function issues. Poses in these kriya can range from easy to a little demanding, so this would not be ideal for an absolute beginner, I would recommend taking one of my other classes first or have some experience in yoga before taking this class.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel and reschedule your booking without loosing the payment fee, you must give more than 48hrs notice to do so. Those that cancel or no-show to their booked class with less then 48hrs loose their fee for that class. If needed, you can reschedule your booking with more then 48hrs notice. You can do this on your account or email me if you are unsure. Notice given will allow that space for the class to go to another person, so please do try to let us know as soon as possible if you know you cannot make the class anymore.
